  1. I know this isn’t a video regarding how to properly clean surgical instruments, but I think it’s worth noting that any instruments placed in the ultrasonic cleaner need to be fully submerged. If handles are sticking up, like they are in this video, those instruments should not be wrapped in a surgical pack because they are not considered clean.

  2. The tabs should be folded out on surgical packs to be able to pull them away from the center, keeping it sterile….

  3. Quick, to the point but thorough. Definitely steps that need to be taken to ensure longevity of our instruments
