In Part II of our VETgirl online veterinary continuing education video, we review all you need to know about your anesthesia machine! If you feel nervous about doing veterinary anesthesia, this will be a great review of non-rebreathing and rebreathing machines, along with where all those tubes hook up to! This video also reviews the Bain circuit, which is commonly used in cats.

A huge thank you to veterinary technician anesthetist guru, Rachel, CVT, VTS-AVTAA. She’s a team lead at Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota and a veterinary technician specialty in anesthesia.

NOTE: In order to get a total of 30-minutes of CE, you must view BOTH “A video review of anesthesia machines: Part 1” and “A video review of anesthesia machines: Part 2.”
